About This Project
The South Manchaca property needed more than a refresh, it needed a complete rethinking of how the outdoor space related to the home. The existing landscape was fragmented, with disconnected elements that never quite came together as a cohesive whole.
We approached this project with a design-first mindset, working from the architecture outward. Every plant, every bed line, every material choice was made with intention, creating a landscape that feels purposeful and polished from every angle.
The transformation speaks for itself. What was once an underutilized yard is now a welcoming, beautiful extension of the home that enhances curb appeal and everyday enjoyment.
What We Did
- Complete front yard landscape overhaul
- Native and adaptive plant palette for year-round interest
- Clean bed lines and defined borders throughout
- Decomposed granite mulch and pathway installation
- Drip irrigation system for water-efficient watering
- Grading and drainage corrections
- Stone edging and accent features
